Processing Time                                               
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We ship all orders securely packaged to ensure that your items arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Free standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $200 (before taxes and discounts).

Most orders of $200 or more will ship for free within in the contiguous US. Some exclusions will apply. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APOs and P.O. Boxes do not quality for free shipping.

Pre-Orders or Special Items
Items marked as pre-order or made to order will have estimated shipping times clearly listed on the product page. These orders will ship once the items are available. Please note that dates are subject to change based on manufacturer or distributor updates.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun.

There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on preorder product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sound Family Collectibles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS and UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for Stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages.
